Job Description:

Responsibilities: You will be on-site at the Aircraft, supporting inspections and creating Non-Conformities in SAP (PEA). Shift work is required (Early/Late).

Help to make the aviation of tomorrow even more efficient and safe and develop innovative ideas and solutions for the next generation of single-aisle aircraft.

As part of a dynamic team, you will support suppliers and aircraft manufacturers in production. You will carry out technical assessments and be responsible for complaint reports.

What you can expect:
  • Responsibility for the preparation, analysis, and creation of non-conformities (NCs) from single-aisle assembly, and creating structure or system concessions and production work orders.
  • Conduct technical evaluations and develop solutions independently.
  • Prepare complaint reports from structural, equipment, or final assembly issues.
  • Serve as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding non-conformities and contribute to continuous process improvement.
We are looking forward to:
  • Having completed technical vocational training or a degree in aircraft construction, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields, with professional experience in aircraft manufacturing.
  • Experience in identifying and analyzing non-conformities, with knowledge of shop floor, production, engineering, and quality processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and SAP; familiarity with AIRINA is a plus.
  • A strong hands-on mentality and solution-oriented approach.
  • Effective communication skills in German (C1) and English, as a reliable team member.
