The gross annual salary is between €73,000 and a maximum of €75,900, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks
- Development and selection of manufacturing concepts for individual parts and assemblies
- Creation of work plans and validation of industrial feasibility
- Implementation of budget, resource and capex planning
- Identification and implementation of cost improvement measures
- Responsibility for the series production process including fault management
- Ordering of standardized production equipment and support in capacity management
- Validation and control of deviation reports and escalation of recurring problems
- Technical advice for design and control of external orders
Requirements
- Completed training as an aircraft mechanic, fitter or in another metalworking profession (such as industrial mechanic or cutting machine operator), in each case at least master craftsman qualification
- OR successfully completed technical studies (e.g. in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering). in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering)
- Many years of professional experience in production planning, mechanics in aviation, mechatronics and quality management
- Sound knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German (min. C1), basic knowledge of English (min. A2)
- High service orientation, structured way of working and strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
