Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Development of new processes in collaboration with R&D, preparation of machine specifications, plant concepts, and plant calculations in terms of production costs.
• Creation of layouts for production lines, working on projects to design holistic concepts for fuel cell production.
• Responsible for the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality standards are met.
• Definition, planning, and implementation of process developments, process optimization, FMEA, quality improvement, automation options, and measurement technology in cooperation with other departments.
• Supporting the scaling of production processes and the creation of layouts for production lines.

Qualifications:

• Completed engineering studies (mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, or similar).
• Several years of professional experience in planning and integrating production machines is desirable.
• Knowledge of projects in accordance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, DIN EN 13849, and DIN EN ISO 12100 is an advantage.
• Knowledge of plant engineering, automation technology, test engineering, and CAD.
• Entrepreneurially and strategically oriented work style, strong communication skills, cooperative and result-oriented approach in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
