Zusammenfassung

Orizon GmbH, Unit Aviation, located in Blankenfelde-Mahlow, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / Lean Manager to drive process optimization and Lean initiatives within an aerospace-focused environment.

You will ensure HSE-compliant manufacturing, maintain high-quality output, and lead continuous improvement across cross-functional teams, including Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or comparable.
• Experience in production planning, process optimization and lean management.
• Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.
• Fluent English skills, spoken and written.

Aufgaben

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and support Zero Harm objectives
• Maintain delivery of products meeting quality and regulatory requirements
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and Right First Time manufacturing
• Develop, implement, validate, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, digital systems, and methods of manufacture
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery performance, and lead times
• Analyse process and production data to identify trends, improve capability, and support decision-making
• Support technical problem-solving activities and investigate manufacturing, quality, and product safety issues
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Quality, Design Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to achieve business objectives
• Capture, share, and implement lessons learned and best practices across the organisation
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to colleagues
• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and external partners

• Completed studies in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Experience in Production Planning, Process Optimization and Lean Management
• Skills and knowledge in Six Sigma are advantageous
• Fluent English skills spoken and written
