Zusammenfassung

Orizon GmbH in Deutschland vermittelt Fachkräfte für den Luftfahrtsektor. Für unseren prestigeträchtigen Auftraggeber suchen wir einen Design Engineer Aero Engines (w/m/d) im Berliner Raum, Start sofort.

Sie entwerfen und optimieren Bauteile, Baugruppen und Antriebssysteme, erstellen Defintions-Modelle sowie Zeichnungen nach MBD/MBE und treiben Standardisierung, Qualität und Lifecycle-Prozesse voran.

Qualifikationen

• Universitätsabschluss in Ingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
• Starke technische Kenntnisse in mechanischen Konstruktionsmethoden
• Gutes Verständnis fächerübergreifender Ingenieurskonzepte inkl. Fertigung, Aerodynamik, Thermodynamik, Kosten und Produktdefinition
• Logisches, analytisches und innovatives Denken anwenden
• Kenntnisse zu Produktintegrität / Haftung und Zertifizierungsrahmen
• Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Fließendes Englisch und gute Deutschkenntnisse

Aufgaben

• Entwurf und Optimierung von Bauteilen, Baugruppen und Antriebssystemen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Engineering-Definitionen, Modellen, Zeichnungen und technischer Dokumentation mit MBD/MBE
• Anwendung von Systemtechnik, Robust Design, Risikomanagement und Analysen
• Vorantreiben von Automatisierung, Standardisierung, Qualitätsverbesserung
• Unterstützung des Produktlebenszyklus, Konfigurationsmanagement, Änderungen, Varianten, Supply-Chain-Integration
• Leitung externer Design-Aktivitäten und Gewährleistung von Integrität

Your Prospective Job:

We are currently recruiting a Design Engineer Aero Engines (f/m/d) for our prestigious client, an established aerospace supplier based in the Berlin region, available to start immediately.

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and optimise components, assemblies, and engine systems for safety, performance, manufacturability, cost, and lifecycle requirements.
• Create and maintain engineering definitions, models, drawings, and technical documentation using MBD/MBE methodologies.
• Apply Systems Engineering, Robust Design, risk management, and engineering analyses to validate and deliver compliant design solutions.
• Drive automation, standardisation, quality improvement, and defect prevention through efficient engineering processes and best practices.
• Support product lifecycle activities including configuration management, design changes, repairs, technical variants, and supply chain integration.
• Manage external design activities and ensure successful subsystem integration, data integrity, and stakeholder compliance.

Your Profile:

• University degree in engineering or regional equivalent qualification
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical design methodologies
• Good understanding of cross-discipline engineering concepts which include but are not limited to manufacturing engineering, aerodynamics, thermodynamics, thermal and mechanical analysis, cost engineering and product definition
• Ability to apply logical, analytical and innovative thinking on a range of technical problems and make balanced decisions across technical and business parameters
• Knowledge and experience of product integrity / liability and certification frameworks
• Good communication and presentation skills at all levels of the organization
• Fluent English and good German language skills
