This position plays a key role in ensuring component quality, driving corrective actions, and supporting long-term improvements within the quality assurance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the quality team with technical and disciplinary responsibility
• Ensure component compliance and readiness for production
• Support Strategic Purchasing with supplier assessments and qualifications
• Conduct supplier audits, sampling reviews, and performance evaluations
• Manage corrective actions and escalate quality issues where necessary
• Drive continuous improvement and implement QA tools and best practices
• Contribute to quality strategy, process optimization, and organizational development

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent with further vocational training
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within manufacturing
• Prior team leadership experience preferred
• Proficient in quality methodologies and supplier audit practices
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
