Manpower Operations Planner
The Opportunity:
Efficient and innovative management is essential to ensure seamless operations and support organizational goals. That's where you come in. We're seeking an office management professional who can apply technical expertise to support the planning and programming of manpower requirements.
As a Manpower Operations Planner on our team, you’ll use your staff action, coordination, and synchronization effort skills to align multiple units to multiple exercises. You’ll coordinate across the staff to identify and validate manning requirements for steady-state activities, exercises, operations, contingency response, crisis response, and other headquarters functions, generate manning documents for manning requirements, facilitate manning document sourcing within the Marine Corps and from external force providers, and provide relevant and appropriate inputs to orders and other directives. You’ll create efficiencies by implementing standardized procedures and operations to help mitigate risk. Work with us to ensure improved management of information across the team!

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
