This is a permanent position offering German visa sponsorship and requires onsite work at the Eschborn office.

Established in 2007, our client is a listed global biotechnology company that manufactures high-quality research reagents for basic, translational, and clinical research. Their laboratories span over 80,000 square meters and produce cDNAs, recombinant proteins, antibodies, and antibody-based kits used to study cellular functions and human diseases. Their products are supported through a network of distributors across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customers with product quotations and accurately enter customer orders into the operating system.
  2. Manage teams in the technical customer service field.
  3. Be familiar with company products to provide relevant product and service information to customers.
  4. Collect, improve, and update customer information.
  5. Analyze and summarize feedback from customers and other departments to optimize customer service processes.
  6. Assist customers in resolving technical problems.
  7. Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills.
  8. Enhance customer satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve sales and promotional goals in various regions.
  10. Provide sales statistics, customer information, and payment data to other departments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Bioengineering, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related fields; Chemistry and Chemical Engineering majors are also welcome.
  • Knowledge of recombinant proteins and antibodies is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer operations and office software (MS Office).
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Outgoing, open-minded, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team spirit.
