The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional executive to serve as Managing Partner – Business Development (MPBD) in Germany, focused on expanding our client footprint across the DACH region. This is not a traditional sales role. The MPBD is a trusted advisor and executive relationship builder, capable of quickly establishing credibility with CEOs, gaining insight into their most pressing business challenges, and influencing them to act with urgency. By leveraging your own real-world C-level or senior operational experience, you will relate to and motivate senior leaders to commit to transformational engagements—engagements that you will personally originate, structure, and shepherd into execution.
As MPBD, you will work at the intersection of strategy, execution, and influence, engaging in sophisticated, high-trust conversations that ultimately lead to enterprise-wide change.
