We are a global consulting and technology firm with over $1B in revenue, delivering enterprise transformation projects worldwide. As part of our European growth strategy, we are launching operations in Germany with a focus on SAP services.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Managing Director to lead our entry into the German market. This role combines business development and project delivery oversight, with the backing of an established global organization and the energy of a start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Win new SAP consulting and implementation business across Germany.
• Build and lead a local team; own P&L and operational performance.
• Cultivate senior client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee delivery of SAP projects in collaboration with global teams.
• Represent the company in the market and shape regional strategy.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven success in SAP consulting, business development, and delivery.
• Experience launching or scaling operations in a new market.
• 15+ years in senior leadership with commercial responsibility.
• Fluency in German is beneficial; English is required.
• Based in Germany or open to relocation.
