Qualifikationen
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in structural analysis/design or in software sales/support.
- Knowledge of CAD, FEM, or BIM software is ideal.
- Willingness to travel regularly within India and occasionally to Germany.

- Excellent knowledge of the Indian construction software market, ideally in CAD, FEM, or BIM
- Very good English skills, knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a hands-on mentality
- Willingness to travel regularly within India and occasionally to Germany
- Overall responsibility for establishing and expanding the Indian subsidiary
- Developing and implementing a market-specific sales strategy to achieve ambitious growth goals
- Acquiring new customers and managing client relationships
- Recruiting, leading, and developing a local team (sales, marketing, customer success)
- Organizing and representing the company at trade fairs, universities, and industry events
- Building and maintaining relationships with authorities, industry associations, and educational institutions
- Responsibility for budget, controlling, and legal compliance in India
- Regular reporting to the headquarters’ management on sales KPIs, pipeline, and market feedback
