Position: Managing Director, Integrated Communications

The Managing Director will be a senior leader responsible for driving the agency's strategy, positioning, and client offerings. The ideal candidate is proactive, hungry for new business, and has a successful track record of client growth and new business acquisition.

Given our rapid growth, the candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and innovation. As a senior-led team, our clients expect regular strategic counsel from our leadership.

What you’ll do :

1. Position yourself as an industry leader and develop brand awareness through networking.
2. Expand our Medical Communication and Marketing offerings by establishing a multidisciplinary team including analytics, digital, and creative.
3. Leverage previous agency experience in a similar leadership role.
4. Proven success in growing complex, multidisciplinary, and integrated client accounts.
5. Demonstrate success in new business development and entrepreneurial growth.
6. Lead profitable business growth through current and new clients, including digital media, marketing, advertising, and social media.
7. Provide strategic counsel across multiple accounts and lead multidisciplinary teams to meet client metrics.
8. Immerse in Real Chemistry’s offerings and methodologies to coordinate client and new business strategies.
9. Develop 30-60-90 day plans outlining key needs and contributions.
10. Partner with leadership to craft and execute a robust consultancy strategy.
11. Mentor and train teams, fostering energy and passion through internal communication.
12. Identify and recruit new talent to accelerate growth.
