My client is seeking a Managing Director / Geschaftsfuhrer with experience in Imaging Technology to lead their team.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the company to maximize financial, commercial, and operational performance, setting the organization up for continued growth.

The ideal candidate will have a local management team reporting to them, including departments such as Finance, Operations, Sales and Marketing, and Engineering.

A technical degree is required, along with experience in Operations and Business Development. Applicants must demonstrate a dynamic, application-driven approach to sales and a drive to achieve ambitious growth targets.

The Managing Director must inspire a customer-focused organization to attain top-line revenue growth and improve profitability. Expect approximately 20-30% travel.

About the Role :
