You’ll manage and expand partnerships with prestigious international clients, leading cross-functional teams that deliver impactful digital solutions.
You’ll also be deeply involved in developing SourcePal, our innovative SaaS startup leveraging automation and AI to transform how professional services are sourced and managed. At the same time, you'll collaborate closely with our CEO and executive team to shape the company's strategic direction, focusing heavily on AI-driven innovation and organizational transformation.

  • Lead a strategic business unit, fully responsible for budget, growth, and team management.

  • Identify new opportunities, participate in and lead pitches, and take responsibility for onboarding and expanding new client accounts.
  • Combine strategic thinking, technology, and creativity to deliver exceptional digital products alongside interdisciplinary teams.
  • Contribute directly to building and scaling SourcePal, Cocomore's latest startup.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to shape company-wide strategy and growth initiatives.
