Responsibilities:
- Consulting clients and designing solutions for tailored ServiceNow solutions in digital transformation and IT change processes, including developing an implementation roadmap focusing on ServiceNow.
- Channel development for Finance and expanding existing customer relationships with Aareal Bank, DZ Bank, and account planning.
- Business and process consulting, especially for ServiceNow modules used at clients (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, SPM).
- Developing and implementing digital business processes (UX, UI).

Qualifications:
- Successfully completed university degree with relevant professional experience or comparable qualification with solid skills and knowledge.
- Extensive experience in IT or organizational projects.
- At least one methodological certification (e.g., IPMA, PMP, ITIL Expert).
- Strong customer-oriented, entrepreneurial thinking and action, especially at decision-maker/management level.
- Business management knowledge (development of business cases, proposal calculations, etc.).
- Deep technical understanding and extensive experience in consulting and implementing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (ITOM).
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Willingness to work remotely across Germany.
