• Proven experience leading international teams and delivering cross-functional projects across multiple markets.
• Strong expertise in Visual Merchandising, luxury retail standards, customer experience, supplier management, and project management.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking, creativity, and operational excellence in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions and cultures.
• Proactive, positive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

• Shape and drive CYBEX's global Visual Merchandising strategy across international markets.
• Develop and implement global Visual Merchandising concepts, standards, guidelines, and seasonal campaigns.
• Enhance the customer journey through product launches, window displays, retail activations, and in-store experiences.
• Analyze retail performance, customer insights, and market trends to evolve standards and practices.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the Global Visual Merchandising team with creativity and collaboration.
• Partner with regional teams to implement global standards through training and reviews.
• Manage global Visual Merchandising projects from concept to execution (store openings, refurbishments, pop-ups).
• Drive development and sourcing of display solutions in collaboration with Procurement and Architecture.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, Product, and other teams to deliver premium brand experiences.

• Shape and drive CYBEX's global Visual Merchandising strategy, transforming our brand vision into outstanding retail experiences across international markets
• Develop and implement global Visual Merchandising concepts, standards, guidelines, and seasonal campaigns to ensure a consistent and premium brand presentation across all touchpoints
• Enhance the customer journey through best-in-class execution of product launches, window displays, retail activations, shop-in-shops, and in-store experiences
• Analyse retail performance, customer insights, and market trends to continuously evolve Visual Merchandising standards and introduce innovative best practices
• Lead, coach, and inspire the Global Visual Merchandising team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth
• Partner with regional and local teams to ensure successful implementation of global standards through training, guidance, knowledge sharing, and execution reviews
• Manage global Visual Merchandising projects from concept to execution, including store openings, refurbishments, pop-ups, events, and special retail initiatives
• Drive the development and sourcing of display solutions, furnishings, and Visual Merchandising tools in collaboration with Procurement and Architecture, balancing innovation, sustainability, quality, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate closely with Retail, Marketing, Product, Architecture, Events, Supply Chain, Procurement, and regional teams to deliver exceptional brand experiences
