Qualifikationen

  • Experience in a B2B environment with complex supply chains.
  • Fluent communication in English; German skills advantageous.

  • You act as an analytical partner to the Sales & Commercial Teams, fostering collaboration with key interfaces such as Marketing and Engineering
  • You analyze and simulate prices, optimize pricing decisions, and further develop pricing tools
  • You lead initiatives to increase commercial value and identify actions to boost profitability
  • You monitor and analyze the sales pipeline, ensuring maintenance and accuracy within the CRM
  • You provide data-driven analyses on profitability, sales performance, and price-volume-mix
  • You support sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting
  • You actively contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies
Your strengths
  • You hold a degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in controlling, sales, pricing, or commercial excellence—ideally in sales controlling
  • You think entrepreneurially and have successfully demonstrated your abilities in day-to-day business
  • You communicate confidently in English; German skills are an advantage, and other languages are a plus
  • You have experience in a B2B environment with complex supply chains
  • You feel comfortable in multicultural teams and are solution-oriented in your approach
  • You possess strong analytical skills and have experience in data analysis and modeling
  • You are a team player with a proactive working style and willingness to travel
  • You have excellent Excel skills, are convincing in presentations, and ideally have SAP knowledge (COPA, BW)
