Do you have a passion for driving impactful global tax strategies? Are you ready to optimize and evolve Infineon\'s transfer pricing approach? We are seeking a dedicated Manager Transfer Pricing to join our team. As part of this role, you will play a key part in ensuring Infineon\'s tax transfer pricing compliance, refining the Group’s transfer pricing concept, offering expert transfer pricing advice across all organizational levels and contributing to M&A activities and intra-group restructurings in the area of transfer pricing. In your new role
  • Review, optimize and further develop Infineon\'s global tax transfer pricing strategy, including cooperation in the implementation of identified measures
  • Collaborate in the further development and the implementation of the Group\'s internal transfer pricing guidelines
  • Provide tax advice to all organizational levels of the Group in Germany and abroad on transfer pricing issues
  • Provide transfer pricing advice in the context of M&A activities (in particular tax-optimized integration structure) and intra-group restructurings as well as contribute to the evaluation of transfer packages for transfers of functions
  • Determine arm\'s length transfer pricing methods and transfer prices for intra-group transactions
  • Monitor the possible impact of legislative changes in the area of transfer pricing on the Group structure and operational processes
  • Defend tax positions in the area of transfer pricing during tax audits at home and abroad as well as support Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAP) and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA)
  • Participate in the preparation of TP Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR)
  • Prepare and hold internal training courses on transfer pricing issues for colleagues at home and abroad

As a Manager Transfer Pricing, you are ready to manage risks and take the necessary measures where required. Furthermore, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient. Lastly, you are able to quickly establish a successful collaboration.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A degree in Economics, Law or a comparable qualification degree
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of transfer pricing in consulting (ideally Big 4) or a capital market-orientated, globally active company
  • Basic industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Sound knowledge in all areas of transfer pricing in Germany and abroad (including OECD and domestic transfer pricing regulations, BEPS, MAP and APA)
  • Legal knowledge of implementing respective intercompany agreements and experience in business valuation is an advantage
  • In-depth business and economic knowledge
  • Significant practical experience in project management with analytical thinking and complex problem-solving skills as well as assertiveness and strong teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills in English and German as a plus (written and spoken)
