Qualifikationen

  • Proven experience with performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliate, SEO/SEA.
  • Fluent English skills; another language is a plus.

  • in delivering insights that identify new business opportunities and challenges across acquisition channels to master our performance marketing initiatives
  • in steering all traffic and performance marketing reports and forecasts ensuring alignment of KPIs, output of data and sustainability of the reporting solution: on a weekly, monthly and quarterly level
  • by actively elevating the organization’s performance marketing knowledge and distributing insights with relevant stakeholders with your strong passion for building data-driven models based on strategic objectives you will actively
  • by creating valuable dashboards and clear reports that facilitate the stakeholders across performance marketing channels as well as management to evangelize the company-wide audience with your data-driven mindset

You’ll have

  • Bachelors or Masters in economics, engineering, statistics, management or comparable qualification
  • 4+ years of work experience in an ecommerce business
  • proven experience and strong knowledge with BigQuery/SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform, AWS data lake, Google Marketing Platform, Tableau, Looker and a clear understanding of core KPIs within the performance channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Affiliate, SEO / SEA
  • expert knowledge when it comes to statistical methods and quantitative analysis and have best in-class knowledge of front and back-end reporting techniques and tools
  • excellent communication skills with the ability of sharing analysis and business proposals to different stakeholders including senior management
  • the ability to work in a fast changing environment and always look for pragmatic and creative solution to change the game
  • fluent English skills, another language is a plus
