How you will create an impact:

• Manage several projects, interacting directly with clients to provide top-line growth strategies
• Address complex issues independently, crafting solutions with your project teams
• Develop IT strategies, design system architecture, and optimize clients’ technology landscapes
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, e.g., vendor selection
• Build expertise in Growth Technology areas like Pricing, Sales, and Marketing (CRM, CPQ)
• Mentor team members, providing constructive feedback
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to company growth
• Contribute to activities outside project work, such as speaking engagements and content creation

About you:

• Excellent academic degree in business, IT, engineering, or science
• At least 3 years of consulting or industry experience, especially in pricing, marketing, or sales software
• Good understanding of vendor selection, RFP/RFI processes, and software like PO&M, CPQ, CRM, ERP, CLM
• Keen to stay updated with industry trends and expand knowledge independently
• Experience in developing technical and business specifications
• Knowledge of IT landscapes and architectures for different organizational sizes
• Proven success in managing small teams with effective management style
• Proficient in steering strategic projects, managing stakeholders, and leading teams
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and highly skilled in communication and presentation
