How you will create an impact:

• Manage multiple projects, interacting directly with clients to develop top-line growth strategies.
• Tackle complex issues independently, presenting solutions with your project team.
• Develop IT strategies, design system architectures, and optimize clients’ technology landscapes.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders, e.g., in vendor selection.
• Build expertise in Growth Technology areas like Pricing, Sales, and Marketing, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Mentor team members, providing constructive feedback for their development.
• Identify business development opportunities and contribute to company growth.
• Participate in activities outside project work, such as guest speaking and content creation.

About you:

• Excellent academic degree in business, IT, engineering, or science.
• At least 3 years of consulting or industry experience, focusing on pricing, marketing, or sales software.
• Good understanding of vendor selection, RFP/RFI processes, and software like PO&M, CPQ, CRM, ERP, or CLM.
• Up-to-date with technological trends and eager to learn about new software.
• Experience in developing technical and business specifications.
• Knowledge of IT landscapes and architectures for organizations of various sizes.
• Proven success in managing small teams with a positive management style.
• Ability to lead strategic projects, oversee teams, and engage stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communicative skills with a dynamic attitude.
