Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to head development of enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack. You will drive architecture, DevOps adoption, and delivery across global teams, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in software development with C#, .NET, ASP.NET, RESTful APIs, and Azure, plus hands-on Cloud and DevOps experience. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Lead development teams in the design, development, implementation, and support of enterprise applications.

• Drive the development and maintenance of applications, including coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
• Establish priorities, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Guide the adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements, modernization initiatives, and new technology solutions.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and scalability of supported applications.
• Provide leadership and guidance in resolving complex technical challenges, production incidents, and system issues.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, solution designs, and development standards.
• Lead Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate development efforts across global teams, vendors, and technology partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and professional development opportunities.
