• Influence hiring decisions through structured assessment practices, market intelligence, and data‑driven insights, ensuring alignment between business needs, candidate quality, and hiring timelines.

Full Life‑Cycle Recruitment

• Deliver full life‑cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake through offer acceptance in line with established recruitment processes.
• Facilitate Recruitment Strategy Meetings and Candidate Debrief Meetings with key stakeholders, HRBPs, and direct Hiring Manager
• Manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
• Translate role requirements and hiring priorities into recruiting actions and timelines for each search.
• Monitor requisition progress and address delays or decision points with hiring managers and HR partners.

Strategic Recruitment Leadership

• Lead recruitment for highly specialized, leadership, or business‑critical experienced hire roles across functions or regions.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders and HR partners, translating workforce plans and talent needs into effective hiring strategies.
• Guide hiring teams through complex recruitment decisions including role design, talent availability, and competitive market positioning.

Advanced Talent Identification and Pipeline Strategy

• Design and execute proactive talent pipeline strategies for critical skill areas and leadership roles.
• Partner closely with the internal strategic sourcing team to identify target talent segments, develop candidate pipelines, and build long‑term talent pools aligned with anticipated hiring needs.

• Provide insight into talent market trends, competitive intelligence, and candidate availability to inform hiring strategies.

Executive‑Level Assessment and Selection

• Lead structured evaluation and candidate assessment processes for senior hires, ensuring alignment between role requirements and candidate capabilities.
• Assess candidates for a variety of requirements such as behavioral fit, competencies and functional knowledge/skills
• Facilitate high‑level selection discussions and influence hiring decisions through market insight and candidate evaluation expertise.

Offer Strategy and Stakeholder Influence

• Advise senior leaders and HR partners on offer strategy, candidate positioning, and negotiation considerations for critical hires.
• Manage sensitive or high‑profile candidate negotiations to support successful hiring outcomes.

Talent Acquisition Impact and Operational Excellence
