WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our projects, you will take responsibility for project teams and consult managers of renowned clients on digital transformation questions.

You will acquire new customers, create tailored offer packages, and conduct negotiations.

You will translate the latest technology trends into innovative business ideas, develop viable business models and strategies, and further develop our consulting areas.

You will develop new marketing concepts and monetization options, optimize internal procedures, and be responsible for establishing, managing, and developing the consulting team.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

An above-average degree, ideally focused on Business Engineering, IT, or Innovation.

Relevant professional experience of at least six years in Strategy, Digital, E-Commerce, or in an established management consultancy.

Solid experience and enthusiasm in topics such as Digital Business Models, Corporate Strategy, Change & Transformation Management (Agile), Organizational Development, Coaching, Multi-Channel Customer Experience, Online Marketing, CRM, M/ECommerce, IT Systems, IoT, Connected Life.

Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, results orientation, disciplinary leadership experience, and excellent communication and assertiveness skills in German and English (both at C1 level).
