Job Description:

We are seeking a professional to manage statutory GAAP and audit processes in Germany. The role involves ensuring compliance with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, managing financial statements for legal entities, and coordinating audits.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing financial statements for assigned legal entities in Germany, ensuring compliance with local and group standards.
• Collaborating with accounting departments, tax, and treasury teams.
• Coordinating financial and tax audits.
• Supporting various finance projects as needed.

Who you are:

• Deep experience with German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS.
• Experience in research and preparing accounting treatments under both standards.
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a Big 4 audit firm or holding an ACCA qualification.
• Self-driven with a strong record of professional development.
• Proficient in collaborating with virtual teams and problem-solving.
• Degree in business or related field with solid finance experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
