Qualifikationen

CyberArk is seeking a results-driven and collaborative Manager of Solution Sales for the Machine Identity System (MIS), reporting to the AVP MIS EMEA. This leadership role involves building and leading a team of Sales Specialists in the CEE (Central East Europe) regions, based in Germany, within a high-growth MIS business. The manager will create a shared vision and guide the team towards achieving high growth and success.

The role requires fostering an inclusive work environment, leading by example, and promoting behaviors aligned with CyberArk's culture and values. As a hands-on sales leader, you will develop trusted relationships with customers and partners, demonstrate strong territory coverage skills, and craft and implement a business plan that clearly defines account territories and potential revenue.

You will work closely with the CEE leadership and develop influential relationships within the CyberArk Channel Ecosystem, both critical to the role's success.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build, enable, and retain the sales specialist team supporting MIS activities in the regions.
  2. Create and execute regional sales strategies for MIS in collaboration with business leaders and VPs.
  3. Support Account Executives in discovering and developing MIS opportunities, building business cases for development and security buyers.
  4. Expand and maintain channel programs to enhance MIS capabilities.
  5. Drive strategic and large deals to exceed revenue targets by engaging with C-level contacts in enterprise accounts.
  6. Develop expansion plans for existing CyberArk customers, including account plans that incorporate Secrets Management into their security strategies.
  7. Mentor and develop the specialist team to improve closure rates.

  • Excellent time management and customer management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
