Role Context

We are seeking a Field HSE Manager to oversee projects managed under Worley's construction management. The successful candidate will report to the Worley Netherlands HSE Manager and lead the site project HSE organization, supporting the Project Construction Manager in managing risks in line with the HSE plan and Worley procedures. The role involves significant time at project locations.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE team at project sites
• Support the Construction Manager in achieving HSE goals within timeline and budget
• Assist project contractors in low-risk execution preparations
• Administer and report on HSE plans, indicators, and incidents

• Proactive approach to HSE, promoting risk reduction
• Pragmatic and team-oriented mentality
• Strong networking skills for risk management solutions
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of engineering processes
• Proficient computer skills for HSE management

Minimum Requirements

• Education: HVK, Nebosh International Diploma, or Master’s/Bachelor’s in HSE
• At least 10 years’ experience with/leading contractors in construction projects
• Fluent in German and English
