Job Description

Our team is seeking a talented Manager (m/w/d) in the field of Site Assessment / Standortbewertung Wind & Site, with locations including Ansbach, Hannover, Melle, Stuttgart, and others. The role involves managing wind energy projects, creating yield forecasts, overseeing wind measurements, and leading a team, with a focus on sustainability and renewable energy.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, Environmental Technology, Meteorology, Geography, or a related field, along with several years of relevant experience. Knowledge of WindPRO/WAsP, GIS systems, and wind data analysis is required. Willingness to travel and continuous learning are also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Create yield forecasts and shadow calculations using WindPRO
  • Commission and review external wind and turbulence reports
  • Manage wind measurement campaigns, data collection, and analysis
  • Supervise student assistants and interns efficiently
Qualifications
  • Degree in relevant engineering or environmental fields
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Experience in wind energy planning and modeling
