Job Description:
What you'll do
- Drive strategic development and harmonization of SHEQ requirements on a global level.
- Engage with top management stakeholders, challenge existing practices, and lead discussions to establish a standardized SHEQ governance framework across the organization.
- Lead and drive the global harmonization and standardization of SHEQ requirements across all business units, ensuring alignment with Henkel's strategic standards.
- Serve as the central coordinator for SHEQ initiatives by facilitating high-level interdepartmental discussions and securing stakeholder consensus.
- Manage and lead cross-functional working groups on diverse SHEQ topics, ensuring collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effective implementation of harmonized requirements.
- Present and communicate regulatory changes to a broad range of stakeholders, including top management, to ensure strategic alignment and organizational commitment.
- Oversee and drive the design, development, and execution of training initiatives, including creating comprehensive training materials to ensure global adherence to SHEQ requirements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve SHEQ processes by driving digital transformation and fostering innovation across global operations.
What makes you a good fit
- Master's Degree in Safety, Health, Environment, Quality.
- Several years of professional experience in SHEQ.
- Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, structuring complex projects, and ensuring effective communication and implementation of SHEQ procedures.
- Extensive professional experience in SHEQ, preferably on a global level.
- High digital literacy and the ability to drive innovation in compliance processes.
- Ability to challenge existing practices and drive meaningful change within the organization.
