Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager, Delivery Management (m/f/d) – Application Security in Germany, the Netherlands or the UK. Qualifications

• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale delivery management in cybersecurity, focusing on Application Security.
• Industry-recognized security certifications preferred (CSSLP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent).
• Experience with AI optimization, agentic workflows or automated security pipelines.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, AppSec vulnerabilities, risk evaluation and quantification.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Steer roadmap, milestones, governance model, risks and impediments, and financial performance of enterprise AppSec programs.
• Lead the integration of agentic techniques and AI optimization into security processes for high‑risk findings at machine speed.
• Establish systems to validate, deduplicate and rank security findings by exploitability, business context and impact.
• Translate AppSec metrics and risk reduction milestones into clear reporting for C‑level executives and portfolio leaders.
• Maintain robust governance models and coordinate cross-functional engineering teams.
