Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Manager for SCM Advisory to lead Kinaxis Maestro implementations and advisory work for global clients. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, architecture alignment, and enabling scalable supply chain solutions.

You will mentor consultants, drive workshops, and shape strategic Kinaxis deployments across multiple industries, while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain management, or related field.
• Experience leading Kinaxis Maestro implementations and technical solution design.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing module timelines, risks, and client relationships in complex delivery environments.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Kinaxis Maestro modules, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and architecture standards
• Solve complex technical design and configuration issues across functional workstreams
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and facilitate workshops, walkthroughs, and system demos
• Guide client IT stakeholders on platform capabilities, integration strategy, and performance optimization
• Review technical specifications for completeness, scalability, and quality assurance
• Develop reusable components, scripts, or tools to accelerate delivery and enhance quality
• Mentor junior consultants and support onboarding by sharing best practices in configuration and testing
• Contribute to technical solutioning during proposal development, including effort estimation and architecture design

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong track record in supply chain consulting, with proven experience focused on Kinaxis Maestro implementations
• Proven track record of leading technical solution design and implementation within SCM platforms
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills; able to diagnose complex issues across configuration, integration, and data layers
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders
• Experience managing module timelines, risks, and client relationships in complex delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain management, management information systems, or other relevant technical degree
• Certification in Kinaxis Solution Consultant Level 2 or 3
• Deep understanding of multiple Maestro modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, or Inventory Management
• Proficiency in scripting and developing reusable technical components or code libraries
• Experience designing scalable architectures aligned with a client's digital transformation strategy
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative tools used in enterprise project delivery
• Contributions to practice development through knowledge-sharing, playbook creation, or thought leadership initiatives
