Responsibilities

1. Design and implement health outcomes and/or epidemiology studies—from study concept to final report.
2. Develop content for research protocols, study reports, abstracts, posters, publications, and presentations of scientific findings.
3. Serve as a resource for clinical materials development, economic model conceptualization, and outcomes studies, including market research.
4. Assist in developing medical writing and publication best practices to ensure high-quality output aligned with Xcenda’s mission and vision.
5. Contribute to proposal and concept paper development, including accurate budgeting.
6. Support business unit/service line growth goals.
7. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all services.
8. Demonstrate commitment to the firm and mentor fellow employees.
9. Maintain chargeability by providing project input and guidance.
10. Meet core competencies: client focus, driving results, delivering quality products, and quality improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Health Economics, Pharmacy Administration, Biostatistics, Health Services Research, Clinical Epidemiology, Public Health Policy, or Business Administration.
• Postgraduate degree (e.g., Ph.D., DrPH, M.D., Pharm.D.) in a relevant discipline with 2+ years of practical experience preferred.
• Broad knowledge of outcomes research and health economics; clinical skills preferred.
• Structured, well-organized, with excellent writing skills and ability to communicate complex material clearly.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mentality.
• Skills in database management, analytics, statistics, economic modeling, and medical writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
