Jobbeschreibung

  • Streamline and transform the European Sales Excellence & Digitalization Organization.
  • Lead and inspire the Sales Excellence Team with a focus on both disciplinary and professional development.
  • Define, implement, and optimize customer data and end-to-end sales processes across functions.
  • Coordinate various sales-supporting functions, utilizing Salesforce, contract management, reporting, customer events, and plant visits.
  • Act as the central contact for internal and external audits, interfacing with legal and tax departments.
  • Define and develop business analysis requirements and create standardized and customer-specific sales analyses.
  • Drive continuous development of system solutions for sales-specific reports using tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other external tools.

Your Profile

  • Education: Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in Direct Sales, Marketing, or Product Management, with international exposure.
  • Expertise: Leadership experience is advantageous; proficient in handling complex data structures, data modeling, and databases; experience with SAP; understanding of Salesforce and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Language skills: Business fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Personality: Digital leadership skills, including a strategic mindset and vision; result and team-oriented with conceptual strength and strong analytical skills; personal integrity and holistic thinking; resilience and assertiveness, with a self-confident and empathetic appearance; willingness to travel; strong process orientation and standardization mindset.
