The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring its optimal use to drive sales initiatives. This role involves managing a team of CRM specialists and collaborating with various departments to align our CRM strategy with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its components (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder Certification required; Business Analyst, Platform Developer I Certification is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership experience managing CRM teams.
  • Solid business understanding with the ability to translate needs into specific requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with strong decision-making skills. Hands-on approach required.
  • Strong personal accountability and alignment with Remote's values.
Key Responsibilities CRM Management
  • Oversee administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce.
  • Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and best practices supporting GTM goals.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies for scalable solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to development best practices, including code reviews and version control.
  • Maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations and processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of CRM administrators and developers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Promote an agile, innovative working environment.
  • Assess team capacity and allocate resources effectively.
  • Prioritize and assign projects based on business needs and team strengths.
  • Monitor progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
Integration and Process Improvement
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
  • Lead projects to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments for seamless integration and data flow.

Remote's approach is to ensure fair, unbiased compensation and equitable pay along with competitive benefits globally. We pay above local rates to support global talent hiring and local wealth creation. Our salary bands are wide, reflecting geographic pay differentials within our international operations. The salary range for this position is $51,700 to $116,350 USD, dependent on factors like location, skills, experience, and market demands. Compensation for internal moves is reviewed case-by-case.
