Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der regulatorischen Berichterstattung erforderlich.
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Änderungen (u.a. UAT-Beteiligung).
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in CRR, Statistiken, AWV.

Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das Änderungsmanagement im regulatorischen Berichterstattungsbereich.
  • Analyse und Identifizierung zukünftiger gesetzlicher Änderungen.
  • Entwicklung eines Anforderungskatalogs für neue Produkte und Umstrukturierungen.

Aufgaben

  • In Charge for change management in regulatory reporting area driven by new products and restructuring for LBG in Germany/Netherlands
  • Analyse and identify upcoming changes by law (CRR, CRD, BCBS 239 and other regulatory guidelines) and LBG initiatives which have an impact on new products and restructuring
  • Development of requirements catalogue for new products and restructuring
  • Implementation of new products and restructuring which will have impact on reports and data feeds due to COREP, FinRep, Statistics, AWV and Pillar 3 disclosures
  • Test management of including developing and performing tests
  • Identify and implement changes to processes to support key regulatory developments as well as permanent process optimization which have an impact on new products and restructuring
  • Representing BAU department for mid-level Change Initiatives (RfC, small projects per LRM & RTB Investments)
  • Develop and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with a wide number of departments
  • Ensures implementation and enhancement within initiatives in data management and risk managemet

Profil

  • Business degree with focus on e.g. accounting, audit, risk, and group accounting
  • Several years of experience in regulatory reporting
  • Excellent skills in CRR, Statistics, AWV, KWG, IFRS, HGB etc.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Experience of delivering change (involvement in UAT)
  • Very good skills in Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Ideally skills with regulatory reporting software
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and motivated team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English
