Qualifikationen

  • Ecotoxicological and toxicological expertise will be an asset.

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Product Compliance Department at Surface Solutions Business Unit within the Electronics Segment. In this position you will coordinate and execute Regulatory Affairs tasks for our product portfolio. The position is focusing on Biocidal, Chemical, and Cosmetic Regulations, Product Stewardship, and Customer Communication.Internal collaboration with your peers and with colleagues in Product Management, Sales, etc. will be key. After onboarding training you will be the key contact to authorities, industry groups, and associations.You will become part of a global team that ensures Product Compliance, Sustainability and Quality Oversight for our portfolio, which includes effect pigments as well as active ingredients for biocidal products and cosmetic raw materials.Who you are:Master's Degree or above in natural sciencesMinimum 4 years professional experience in a customer facing environment.Professional experience in Regulatory Affairs, ideally with biocidal product regulationsEcotoxicological and toxicological expertise will be an assetExperience with SAP ERP software preferredHigh level of customer focus, self-motivated and passionate in networkingVery good analytical skills, process-oriented thinking as well as structured way of working and a solution-oriented mindset.Strong interpersonal communication and written skills, proactive problem-solving and trouble shooting skills.Capability to manage and deliver in a matrix environment and ability to interact cross-functionally in a global environment.Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and writing) in English and preferably also inGermanExcitement about the Surface Solution business and joining a motivated harmonious and intercultural team.Location: Darmstadt, Germany
