Qualifikationen

Job description

Tasks

1. Independent processing of verification management for training, qualifications and authorisations in the field, including workflow and electronic archiving
2. Implementation of authorisation, licence application and authorisation processes, taking into account quality assurance, cost controlling and process-compliant documentation based on applicable legal regulations
3. Tracking deadlines and prioritising processes in order to avoid missed deadlines and demand necessary measures (workflow monitoring)
4. Purchasing and invoicing of training, events and consulting services to support the company's objectives and compliance with requirements

Requirements

1. Degree in engineering or economics or a comparable qualification
2. Knowledge of business fundamentals and interrelationships
3. Very good knowledge of internal processes and company regulations, as well as quality management
4. Business fluent English and good German language skills
5. Possession of a valid work permit for the EU (no student visa)
6. Team player with analytical and conceptual skills
