What You Can Create
- Responsible for fitting, product and production approval
- Responsible for production planning and -control in close collaboration with suppliers
- Continuous order monitoring regarding delivery dates and quantities, communication of delays
- Creation and adjustment of supplier and packaging guidelines
- Central coordination of sample orders
- Daily communication with suppliers, e.g., feedback on fit, production approvals, fit, deliveries
- Calculation of final prices and margin achievement as well as creation and evaluation of range statistics
- Invoice confirmation for sample- and mold costs
- Close collaboration with the Sustainability Team in sustainability management, supplier onboarding, and CSR topics for Shoes
Who You Are
- You have a completed degree or vocational training in clothing/textile technology, fashion management, or similar.
- You have already gained at least three years of professional experience – ideally at the interface between procurement/ development/ production.
- Your good understanding of global supply chains, shoes, and Sustainability/social responsibility are an advantage.
- You are already familiar with relevant sustainability initiatives such as amfori BSCI or Fair Wear.
- You have organizational and project management skills.
- You are characterized by a structured, precise, and solution-oriented approach.
- You are able to integrate into new projects quickly and independently, aided by your ability to think in a structured and analytical manner.
- You enjoy working in a team – your colleagues value your professional exchange.
- You have very good English skills; German is not mandatory.
