Manager Production FAL - Aviation (m/w/d)

• Technical, disciplinary and goal-oriented management of the production area FAL in shift operation with team leader structure
• Secure safe environment for employees, product and customers
• Strategic development of the production area and ensuring defined quality standards
• Optimization of production utilization, capacity and personnel planning
• Active coaching and further development of team leaders with regard to modern leadership methods
• Ensuring and adhering to key figures as well as preparing status reports and initiating measures in the event of deviations
• Optimization of production in the operational and administrative areas according to common lean management methods as well as active promotion of lean understanding among employees
• Monitoring and implementation of occupational health and safety and environmental protection regulations
• Planning and monitoring of production resources (personnel, machines, materials) according to budget specifications

• Experience in leading an aviation production line for more than 10 years
• Completed technical studies (engineer) or comparable technical training in aviation
• Several years of management experience, both professional and disciplinary, as a production or manufacturing manager
• Analytical, structured way of working as well as a high level of commitment and initiative
