Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Germany seeks a Manager Product Quality Management to uncover root causes and drive improvements across the product lifecycle in our Quality & Excellence team. You will lead qualification programs, guide global Q-teams, analyze results, and collaborate with Marketing, Development and production sites to ensure our semiconductor products meet the highest quality standards.

Fluency in English and good German, plus 5+ years in quality or related roles, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in Quality Management, Product/Technology Development, or Project Management—ideally in semiconductors.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and 5 Whys; strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with reliability testing is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing confidence.
• Fluent English and good German communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and approve qualification plans and guide implementation in the reliability lab.
• Support and lead globally acting Q-teams and collaborate with Marketing, Development, Project Management and our global production sites.
• Analyze qualification results, prepare reports and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform project and product-specific risk assessments (quality, costs, time) to support product definition and development.
• Serve as quality manager for product lifecycle for a designated group of products by driving customer requests, internal change management and incident handling.
• Guide problem-solving during quality incidents together with the developers and manufacturing sites in cooperation with customers.
• Act as a contact partner for quality issues.
