What you can expect:

  • You are a dedicated and experienced professional (gn) who optimises our business processes and increases efficiency.
  • You will identify process gaps and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
  • You will also ensure the smooth implementation of processes and improvement initiatives.
  • In close coordination with our process owners, you will develop key figures and reports to monitor process performance and evaluate the impact of process changes.
  • You will communicate progress, results and initiatives, monitor market trends and integrate them strategically.

What makes you stand out:

  • You have a degree in economics, engineering or a comparable qualification.
  • You have many years of professional experience in process optimisation, business process management and project management.
  • You also have good expertise in Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods.
  • You are characterised by your communication skills and the ability to understand complex processes and develop innovative solutions.
  • You enjoy working in a team as well as independently and have experience in moderating and leading process improvement initiatives as well as in conducting training and coaching sessions.
  • You are familiar with working on strategic concepts, taking into account the company's overall strategy.
  • Your business fluent written and spoken German will be complemented by a very good command of English.
