  • Your Role :

As a key member of our team, you will :

  • Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop integration strategies based on newly defined company standards for PMI processes and tools.
  • Create comprehensive approaches for post-merger integration and separation planning to ensure successful implementation.
  • Ensure compliance of all PMI activities in alignment with the company's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration and separation of systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Support due diligence processes to define PMI and separation strategies while identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Participate in regular progress reviews, prepare status reports for senior management, and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMI processes.
  • Your Profile :

We are looking for candidates with :

  • A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience as a post-merger integration / separation manager, preferably in a mid-large sized matrix organization or as a consultant, with 3-5 years of working experience.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams (Program or Project Management Certification is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
