Qualifikationen

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Automotive After Sales Parts Management.
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder verwandten Bereichen.

Aufgaben

Job Mission

As Manager Parts & Accessories, you will improve Parts & Accessories Turnover and Optimize Gross Profit by identifying portfolio opportunities and coordinating markets' annual business plans.


Your Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate annual business plans with Subsidiaries to enhance Kia Europe's Parts & Accessories (P&A) business:

  1. Participate actively in Kia EU's annual BP process and align with relevant internal stakeholders such as Finance and Business Strategy Group.
  2. Propose top-down annual business plan (BP) for all 14 subsidiaries and consolidate on European level on Turnover & Gross Profit in alignment with Kia EU Management.
  3. Negotiate with subsidiaries the planned BP and build data & insights driven argumentation demonstrating how to achieve top-down proposed Turnover & Gross Profit levels.
  4. Liaise and collaborate with other Ownership Experience teams like Service Marketing to align non-financial targets for Subsidiaries.
  5. Throughout the year, follow up on target implementation of subsidiaries and ensure compliance.
  6. Propose custom actions to overcome any registered gaps to BP.
  7. Organize quarterly meetings with underperforming NSCs and follow up on the implementation of agreed actions.

Together with the team of Assistant Manager Parts and Assistant Manager Accessories, explore market development opportunities, enhance Kia's P&A & Kia Collection product portfolio, and support markets with tools and programs to further increase turnover and optimize profit.

  1. Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to build meaningful sales reports & dashboards that support your own business management and markets down to dealer level.
  2. Identify parts sales segments which underperform and prepare actions to recover.
  3. Enlarge sales channels by implementing or enhancing wholesale business.
  4. Explore and structure body parts business.
  5. Identify the needs for local products as alternatives to Korean sourced via official supplier of Mobis Parts Europe (MPE) and guide MPE to succeed in local development.
  6. Develop Tire Business in line with Kia EU guidelines, with support from external agencies.
  7. Monitor the development of accessories for new vehicle models and ensure availability for vehicle sales.
  8. Identify the needs for new accessories products and support MPE in development.
  9. Enhance the Kia Collection portfolio and increase sales volumes in collaboration with MPE and the European Kia Design Centre.

Challenge and monitor MPE operations beyond sales, such as inventory and logistics:

  1. Collaborate with MPE teams and leverage their expertise to support your P&A business objectives.
  2. Ensure MPE delivers against expected service levels on supply chain; build, use, or enhance monitoring tools such as backorder reports in collaboration with Business Intelligence Team.
Your Talents

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Automotive After Sales Parts Management at distributor and/or headquarter level. Dealer operation experience is a benefit.
Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Ability to turn insights into business recommendations.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong focus on KPIs.
  • Project and supplier management & facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally Tableau.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
