WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Join our diverse Team and take charge of the Overseas Air & Container Coordination unit, overseeing budgets, personnel planning and services.
- Contribute to smooth processes with your analytical skills, managing KPIs along with performing cost and price calculation.
- You collaborate in the design and maintenance of documentation for essential business processes and develop appropriate work instructions.
- To achieve maximum efficiency, you help to enhance IT processes and automation continually.
- You provide professional guidance to customers, create service contracts and manage cross-functional projects.
- Join us in creating custom solutions and drive demand-driven development while optimizing logistics and processes.
- Make an impact when you craft requirement profiles, choose top service providers and monitor quality of procurement.
- Establish meaningful connections with diverse logistics organizations, including supply chain units, procurement teams and external entities.
- Show your leadership skills by offering continuous training and development opportunities to team members, enabling them to successfully accomplish their tasks.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- degree in logistics or business administration or alternatively 7 years of professional experience in the field of supply chain operations / project management
- several years of professional experience in supply chain operations
- effective communication in German and English as well as presentation and consulting skills for global / cross-organizational coordination
- experience in digitalization in supply chain management
- ideally knowledge of SAP R / 3 & S4 HANA
WHAT WE OFFER
- Gross annual salary (full-time) : 65.000 € - 69.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus of 18% of your gross annual salary, depending on the success of the company and individual performance
