Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor key SORT Test metrics (Yield, Cycle Time, Line Stability, CLIP, Delivery Performance) and lead the implementation of continuous improvements
• Customer Returns & Escalation Management: Manage customer returns and SORT‑related excursions. Coordinate cross‑departmentally to ensure cases are closed within strict timeframes
• Root Cause Analysis & Problem Solving: Own the implementation and verification of corrective actions for operational deviations using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Is-Is Not)
• Capacity Planning & Supply Chain: Forecast demand and confirm capacity reservations with external foundries to meet business requirements
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Support Business Units in the seamless introduction of new products and the successful volume ramp‑up
