Your contribution:
- You collaborate with process owners and key stakeholders to identify and evaluate opportunities to improve and harmonize processes – boosting productivity, efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- You analyze cross-functional and end-to-end processes, measure KPIs, and provide clear recommendations to reduce time and costs.
- You support strategy development and influence key operational decisions around the deployment, operation, and maintenance of our tower infrastructure.
- You help harmonize operational processes across local markets and drive the implementation of standards for maintenance, certifications, field services, and NOC activities.
- You foster a culture of operational excellence by identifying best practices and integrating customer and market trends into our infrastructure management.
- You define business and IT requirements, and coordinate aspects like infrastructure security, maintenance, and usage.
- You use your own judgement to solve complex or novel challenges in IT and network infrastructure.
What makes you stand out:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a similar field
- Fluency in German and English (C1 level or higher, CEFR standard)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to organize, prioritize, and make decisions
- Experience with business process reengineering, governance, data modelling (e.g. TIMS, ERP/SAP, CRM, Power BI), and change management
- Knowledge of mobile telecommunications technologies and infrastructure process optimization is a plus
- A solid understanding of infrastructure operations and maintenance
