As a Manager of Knowledge & Capabilities, you will be part of our Knowledge Management vertical within our Client Capabilities function. This team is dedicated to creating impact by ensuring that our firm’s best knowledge and capabilities are identified, codified, curated, shared, and delivered to clients. The vertical’s scope includes : Knowledge & Capabilities Management : Designing and delivering state-of-the-art knowledge management infrastructure and services.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Knowledge & Capabilities and the Director of the Firm Rewiring function.

You will collaborate with a global, cross-functional team, focusing on deploying and executing best-in-class Knowledge Management (KM) to ensure our K&C remains at the forefront, is easily accessible, and supported by the right enablers. Initially, you will focus on deploying next-generation KM in light of generative artificial intelligence. This involves supervising our Knowledge Management Center of Excellence team, engaging with multiple stakeholders across technology, firm people, and practices to harness the full potential of generative AI across the Knowledge & Capabilities operating model.

Your responsibilities will include defining and disseminating best practices, driving strategic priority initiatives, and enabling top-tier Knowledge Management across the firm.

Additionally, you will orchestrate the annual Gluck Knowledge Awards and other initiatives to strengthen the knowledge culture across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise the Knowledge Management CoE (Center of Excellence) of 3 colleagues to implement and execute the firm’s curation mission.
  • Engage and drive next-generation curation with core stakeholders from 20+ practices.
  • Implement mandatory review and refresh cycles of priority knowledge firm-wide.
  • Continuously refine knowledge operating model gold standards (e.g., curation) and share best practices.
  • Orchestrate the annual Gluck Knowledge Awards.
  • Support the implementation of tech enablement for K&C initiatives as needed.
  • Implement and manage priority initiatives across the knowledge operating model in light of generative AI to improve and innovate on : expertise search tools, new formats to capture tacit knowledge, firm-wide enablement to constantly capture and codify the latest and greatest firm knowledge, CSP (Client Service Professional) search & find user journeys, including Lilli search algorithm, generative AI-enabled engagement impact debriefs and knowledge and capability culture and incentives

This is a 12-18 months contractual role. The deadline to apply for this role is July 1, 2025.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 3+ years of corporate and / or professional services experience
  • Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to serve as a thought partner for peers and senior leaders
  • Outstanding consultant toolkit, including story-lining, top-down communications (oral, written, and especially PowerPoint), and superior analytical skills
  • Strong program management office skills, with the ability to balance multiple workstreams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for ownership, innovation, and standalone execution
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
  • Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables
  • Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
