Introduction

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Data Analyst who transforms data into stories that drive impact.
In this role, you’ll turn complex numbers into clear insights that shape our strategies across social media, influencer marketing, and paid media. From smart visualizations to AI-powered insights—you’ll help us sharpen campaigns and consultancy offerings alike.

Your tasks
  • You dive deep into campaign and social media performance data to uncover patterns, spot opportunities, and turn raw numbers into meaningful strategies
  • You monitor online conversations and conduct competitor analyses to detect emerging trends, audience shifts, and untapped potential
  • You design dashboards and craft reports that translate complex data into clear, visually engaging stories for internal teams and clients
  • You work with tools like Pulsar, GWI, and CreatorIQ to track KPIs, benchmark success, and refine performance metrics
  • You partner with Strategy, Creative, and Paid Media teams to bring data to early-stage ideas—shaping, guiding, and measuring impact throughout

Your skills
  • Passionate, driven, diverse, and committed to equality
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced digital or agency environment
  • You are familiar with social listening and analytics tools like Brandwatch and Pulsar, and comfortable using Looker Studio or Tableau to tell data stories
  • You understand major social platforms—TikTok, Instagram, YouTube—and the metrics that matter in digital marketing
  • You are detail-oriented and structured, with a talent for simplifying complexity
  • You communicate insights clearly and confidently, in team meetings and client presentations
  • You speak fluent English; additional European languages are a plus
