• Establishment and maintenance of global market intelligence (markets, regions, products)
• Quantitative and qualitative analyses of markets, customers and competitors based on suitable internal and external data sources
• Development of technical product benchmarks and argumentation support for internal positions and the external sales organisation
• Industry-specific analyses and support for developing strategies
• Identification and derivation of needs, business challenges and strategic principles for decision-making on the basis of valid and current market situations
• Establishment of data management for market and competitive information
• Carrying out of technical trainings
