Job description
Tasks
- Lead infrastructure-related projects and integration of production equipment
- Conduct value stream analyses and develop production layouts
- Identify and evaluate innovative production methods and derive concepts to improve product and process quality
- Perform process analyses and implement process optimisations
- Develop maintenance, training and service concepts to ensure availability and reduce risk of misuse of critical production resources
- Advise production areas at LHT sites in Germany and abroad on technical and operational aspects
- Drive the continuous development of workflows and monitor the implementation of process changes
- Define, implement, monitor and optimise KPIs, performance targets and quality standards
Requirements
- Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration
- Several years of experience in managing complex projects, along with solid knowledge in project, process and lean management
- Excellent skills in MS Office, JIRA, SAP and wiki platforms
- Fluent English skills (min. C1) and good German skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
