Job description

Tasks

• Lead infrastructure-related projects and integration of production equipment
• Conduct value stream analyses and develop production layouts
• Identify and evaluate innovative production methods and derive concepts to improve product and process quality
• Perform process analyses and implement process optimisations
• Develop maintenance, training and service concepts to ensure availability and reduce risk of misuse of critical production resources
• Advise production areas at LHT sites in Germany and abroad on technical and operational aspects
• Drive the continuous development of workflows and monitor the implementation of process changes
• Define, implement, monitor and optimise KPIs, performance targets and quality standards

Requirements

• Completed degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects, along with solid knowledge in project, process and lean management
• Excellent skills in MS Office, JIRA, SAP and wiki platforms
• Fluent English skills (min. C1) and good German skills (min. B2)
• Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
